Using videos for personalized mass communications

The Project

BRP wanted to take advantage of the holiday season to thank its clients, employees, and suppliers in an innovative way. With offices around the world, the challenge was to quickly reach the most people possible with a personal touch and in several languages.

Our Solution

We decided to make use of BRP’s large workforce by building a platform to send personalized videos in five languages. Approximately 7,000 employees were encouraged to send a short personalized text embedded in a video to the company’s clients and suppliers. Since the recipients knew the senders, the opening rate was impressive!

How it works?

Write a personalized message

All BRP employees were invited to use our platform to send holiday cards. A form gave them the option to choose the language and their recipients. They could write a personalized text or use a predefined message for each language offered.

Generate and send the video message

Our system embedded the message within the video and then generated it in various formats to be compatible across platforms. Once the video was ready, an e-mail containing a video link was automatically sent to recipients.

View the video on the device of your choice

The recipient then received an e-mail from a known sender, increasing the chances that the BRP promotional video containing the personalized message would be opened and viewed.

Visitor behaviour is analyzed and statistics reports are created to measure the campaign’s effectiveness.

Automatic standby and monitoring tools allow for the system to stabilize itself during peak usage.

The application is compatible with computers, tablets, and mobile phones ensuring a maximum conversion rate.

Multilingual

The application is available in five languages in order to be accessible in the BRP ecosystem across the globe.
